How to Install emulated turbo 2.0

Now after writing C program to Block Windows Firewall .I am here to teach you how to install emulated turbo 
Version 2.0 of Emulated Turbo C++ (Supporting IDE 3.0) which is lighter, faster and more stable.
This is Turbo C++ for windows vista and windows7 32 bit and 64 bit. also supports i3, i5 & i7 processor.
